WhatsApp set to introduce self-destructing messages on its App

Recent report has revealed that WhatsApp users would soon have the ability to have their messages self-destruct after a designated period of time. According to the report, which has been confirmed to be highly reliable, the feature would be available in the beta version of the app.

Twitter user WABetaInfo stated on Tuesday that the recently released public beta of WhatsApp for Android — labelled v2.19.275 — includes an optional feature that would allow the app users to set their messages to self-destruct.

Consequently, Tech Radar have also reported that users should finally expect the Dark Mode to be rolled out on the app in the new year, which can be changed over manually, or set to kick in automatically once the battery goes into power saving mode.

We are also looking out for some major addition to Whatsapp soon to include the arrival of ads on WhatsApp Stories, in much the same way they currently are part of the feed on Instagram and Facebook Stories, as well as a 'Reverse Image Search', which will allow users to find out where forwarded images have originated from.

That is not that good, because some messages are kept for future reference.

It is good but also not pretty good in case of reference purpose.

That is nice but it is advisable not to do so, because some messages might be kept for evidence or reference

To my own point of view is good but in some issue is not good, because we use some chat as evidence.

Not entirely beneficial.. I don't see it striking any importance.
